This policy explains how Raisashop (“we”) handles information when you use our website raisashop.store and our Android app. The app shows the same website.

What we collect

You can browse products without an account. When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, an optional note, and — if you pay by bKash or Nagad — the transaction ID you enter. Shop staff who log in also have an account (name, phone, email, password stored securely as a hash).

We use a small cookie to keep your cart and order history on your device, and to keep staff logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not collect your location, contacts or photos.

How we use it

Only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it (by phone or WhatsApp). We do not sell or share your information with anyone, except giving your name, phone and address to the courier who delivers your parcel.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for our accounts and to help with returns. You can ask us to delete your order information at any time.
