Delete your Raisashop account & data

This page explains how to delete your account in the Raisashop app and website (raisashop.store), and what happens to your data.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself (instant)

Open the app or log in on raisashop.store.
Go to Account → Delete account (or come back to this page).
Enter your password and tap Delete my account.

Option 2 — Ask us

Send us a message with your name and the phone number on your account on WhatsApp +8801742133443. You can ask us to delete your whole account, or only some data (for example your saved address), without deleting the account. We do this within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your account: name, phone number, email, saved address and password.
Your login sessions on the app and website.

What is kept

Past order records (items, amounts, delivery details) are kept for up to 3 years for accounting and returns, then deleted. They are no longer linked to any account.
